Cost
- Standard rate is $400/hr, applied to all services including reviewing documents, writing, depositions, meetings, travel, waiting, and court testimony
- Actual rate may be higher or lower depending on the client and type of case
- There is no charge for evaluating a case and providing a rate and estimate, but no opinions are rendered during an evaluation.
